Photographer and filmmaker Shaun O’Connor recently posted to YouTube a five-minute short on Ulysses and snobbery called “Nietzsche No. 5” that is sure to be of interest to anyone who has worried about flashing their copy of Joyce’s work on the subway, in the doctor’s office, or–as this film explores–in the barber chair. It’s an interesting short piece and I’d urge you to take a look.
