The James Joyce Center in Dublin is holding its annual series of lectures this autumn and winter.  The lineup will include the following:

-Monday, September 10th
Michael West (Playwright)
“Adapting Dubliners for the Stage”

-Monday, October 8th
Conor Brady (Journalist and Author)
“Horse Policemen, Constables and G-men: James Joyce and the Dublin Metropolitan Police”

-Monday, November 12th
Dr. Oona Frawley (NUI Maynooth)
“Ulysses, Semi- and Post-Colonial Ecologies”

-The James Joyce Christmas Lecture
Monday, December 3rd
Terence Killeen (James Joyce Center Research Scholar)
“Getting into Finnegans Wake”
(Mr. Killeen’s lecture will be followed by a wine reception)

All lecture start at 6:30 pm.
Admission is free but since there is limited seating, booking ahead is necessary
