The British Association for Modernist Studies has released a call for papers for a conference entitled The Long Modernist Novel: A Comparative Conference that will be held April 25-27, 2014 at London Notre Dame Centre, 1 Suffolk St., London.  The CFP lists Ulysses and the Wake as quintessential examples of texts that exhibit modernists’ interest in experimenting with long form narrative.  The organizers have confirmed several speakers including Michael Bell, Eveline Kilian, Laura Marcus, and Jeremy Tambling.  For a detailed description of the CFP and for more information on the conference, please follow this link.
